Due to the nature of temperature-sensitive imported wellness and medical products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges after an order has been received.

All products are handled, stored, and delivered under recommended conditions to maintain product quality and safety. For this reason, once the order is accepted and received, we cannot guarantee how the product may be stored afterward.

We always recommend checking your order carefully upon delivery before receiving it. If there is any issue with the package or product condition at the time of delivery, you may report it immediately before accepting the order.
