Saydalitak delivers across selected areas in Egypt based on product availability and delivery coverage.

Because some imported wellness and medical products require careful handling and controlled transportation conditions, certain orders are delivered through a specialized private delivery network instead of traditional courier services.


Shipping Fees

We currently offer free shipping on all orders for a limited period.

Please note that shipping fees may apply in the future to selected products, locations, or special-handling items. Any applicable shipping fees will always appear clearly during checkout before completing your order.

At the moment, Saydalitak is focused on delivering to major service areas during the initial launch phase.

Some areas are currently considered Out of Zone and may not be eligible for delivery.

Out of Zone Areas Include:

Order Inspection Upon Delivery

If there is any issue with the package or product condition, kindly report it immediately before accepting the order.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of temperature-sensitive imported products, returns or exchanges are not available after the order has been received.

Once the order is accepted and delivered, we cannot guarantee storage conditions afterward.
